Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.

If the cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other available methods.
